Objective: Generate an increase in staffing business volume by targeting management and hiring personnel in companies as prospective and/or existing clients to recognize Kelly IT Resources as their premier staffing solution.
Solution: Created, managed, and promoted the "Lunch on Us" program, which involved accommodating the busy schedules of prospective clients, usually hiring managers, by sending them free lunch packages consisting of a cold pack, thermos with a packet of cocoa, chicken salad, popcorn, cookie, a brochure, and an invitation to have the client contact Kelly IT Resources for their staffing needs.
