Client: Ford Motor Company
Objective: Increase the incremental sales of F-53 Class A Motorhome Chassis through RV Dealerships in the North American Marketplace.
Solution: Developed a dual-incentive fulfillment program that rewards RV Dealerships with $1,000 for stocking any new Class A Motorhome built on an F-53 Chassis, and salespersons with up to $1,000 for selling any F-53 based Motorhome. Salespersons contact Program Headquarters after the sale and get the chance to "Spin" for an incentive amount of $200, $400, $600 or $1,000.
